The organizing committee of the 103rd Guangzhou Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) made an emergent announcement that certificates of innocence issued by public security departments should be provided by exhibitors of the 103rd Canton Fair to be opened on April 15th.

So far, Guangzhou trading delegation has reached an agreement with the Bureau of Public Security of Guangzhou Municipality. In terms of the agreement, the bureau will provide convenient services related to certificates of innocence for delegates with household registers in Guangzhou including Panyu District, Huadu, Zengcheng and Conghua and for those who gained temporary residence permits half a year ago.

Mr. Deng, one representative of Guangzhou trading delegation, said that all delegates concerned had to submit before April 8th to the delegation their relevant personal materials like residence booklets, ID cards and copies of temporary residence permits.

Foreign exhibitors as well as those from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are not required to provide Certificates of innocence. Besides, an exhibitor badge can be replaced.

In addition, every media man is required to provide certificates issued and signed by their superiors.
