1. Foreigners arriving Hong Kong and Macao can request the related travel agencies to apply to the port authorities for a visa.

2. Travel agencies with files in the provincial police department can apply to the ports above.

3. Foreigners who arrive in Luohu, Huanggang, Shekou, Fuyong, Gongbei, Jiuzhou, Hengqin, and Zhongshan Port can apply through the related travel agencies to the port visa authorities for a visa.

4. Those who travel to Shenzhen can directly apply for a visa to the port visa authorities of Luohu, Huanggang and Shekou. Those who travel to Zhuhai can directly apply to the port visa authorities of Gongbei, Jiuzhou and Hengqin.

5. Foreigners arriving in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, East Railway Station and Shantou Waisha Airport can directly apply to the port visa authorities.
